Refund policy

1. Flat-Pack Damage Claims — 7 Day Window Our cabinets are sold flat-pack. For larger orders, we understand it isn't always possible to fully open and inspect every box before leaving our store. You have 7 days from pickup to report any damage found inside a flat-pack box. Claims must include clear photos of the damage. Approved claims are resolved by replacing the damaged part(s) only — this is not a refund or return of the order. After 7 days, no damage claims will be accepted.

2. Unassembled Cabinet Returns Unassembled, undamaged cabinets may be returned within 14 days of pickup, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned cabinets must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition — returns are inspected before any credit is issued. If the returned product is not in resalable condition, no refund or store credit will be given. Approved returns are refunded via original payment method or store credit, customer's choice.

3. Assembled Cabinets — Final Sale Cabinets that have been assembled, in whole or in part, cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances, as they can no longer be resold as new. The Assembly Service fee is non-refundable once assembly has begun.

4. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled prior to assembly, subject to the 25% restocking fee above. Orders cannot be cancelled once assembly has started.

5. No Returns on Panels, Moldings, Trims & Accessories These items are final sale.

6. Professional Assembly & Installation Assembly and installation require special tools and should be performed by a qualified professional. 168 Home Liquidation is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly or installation performed by the customer or a third party.

7. Pickup Acknowledgment & Payment Disputes By picking up your order, you confirm receipt of the items/boxes listed on your invoice. You have 7 days to report any flat-pack damage per Section 1, with photos. Filing a payment dispute for an order that was picked up, where no damage claim was submitted within the 7-day window, contradicts your acknowledgment of receipt and will be contested with proof of pickup, signature, and identification on file.

8. Agreement Required By completing checkout, you agree to the terms of this Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
